Everything shared here is something I personally use and return to again and again. These are simple, supportive tools that help me move with more ease, regulate my nervous system, and care for my body in a way that feels kind, sustainable, and grounded in everyday life. Small changes, used consistently, really do add up.

My personal favourite: MyFootFunction Toe Spacers. The kit comes with two levels (start with the softer set), plus a mini-course with exercises and fitting tips.

NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS FOR HEALTH & WELLBEING

Daily Staples

These are my everyday non-negotiables—simple supplements that quietly but powerfully support energy, immunity, and overall wellbeing.

Detoxification & Immune Support

Rather than extreme cleanses, these are gentle, accessible practices that support the body’s natural detoxification processes.

Daily life exposes us to toxins—from environmental stressors to the pace of modern living—and supporting the lymphatic system is key for overall vitality, immunity, and energy. Rather than harsh cleanses, I lean into gentle, supportive practices that work with the body.

Peri- & Menopause Support

This phase of life deserves care, education, and self-compassion—supporting hormones naturally can be both empowering and grounding.

I can’t recommend Matcha tea enough—healthy energy without the jitters. I’ve written a full blog post on it: https://www.perpetualenergy.org/post/the-magic-of-matcha

Reflection & Learning

Great Reads

These books have deeply influenced how I view healing, awareness, and the connection between mind and body.

Molecules of Emotion
Molecules of Emotion

Molecules of EmotionAn exploration of how emotions are stored and communicated within the body, bridging science, consciousness, and healing. This book beautifully supports the understanding that our emotional lives are deeply intertwined with physical health.

Power vs Force A thought-provoking look at consciousness, integrity, and the difference between force-driven effort and true inner power. This is a powerful read for anyone interested in personal growth, healing, and living in greater alignment.

Dance of the Lion and the UnicornA reflective and symbolic exploration of balance, polarity, and inner integration. This book invites a deeper contemplation of masculine and feminine energies and the journey toward wholeness.

A Closing Reflection

At the heart of all of this is a simple reminder: wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated. Small, thoughtful choices—made with awareness and consistency—can gently shift how we feel in our bodies and how we move through our days. These are tools I trust, return to, and genuinely enjoy using, not because they promise quick fixes, but because they support a more connected, compassionate relationship with the body. Take what resonates, move at your own pace, and remember that caring for yourself is never time wasted.

If You’d Like a Little More Support

If reading this has sparked a desire to feel more supported in your health and wellbeing, there are a few gentle ways to go deeper.

Neuro-Training Kinesiology Sessions These sessions support the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and heal, working with the nervous system, stress responses, emotional patterns, and physical symptoms. Many people find them helpful for ongoing pain, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, emotional overwhelm, or when things feel "stuck" despite doing all the right things.

Journey to Wellness – Eliminate Pain & Pathology (6-week programme) A simple, daily 15-minute practice designed to help you rebuild trust in your body, reduce pain patterns, and establish sustainable movement habits. This programme blends functional exercises, nervous system regulation, and holistic practices, and can be done from home at your own pace.

If you’re unsure what would suit you best, simply start with curiosity. Small steps, taken gently, are often the ones that create the most meaningful change.
