Duo Pilates sessions at a dedicated equipment Pilates studio in Dummer Village using reformer, trapeze table, wunda chair and other small equipment. Our experienced Rehabilitation Expert instructors hav over 20 years of experience working through injuries, and pathology to eliminate pain and re-establish mobility. Reap the benefits of this weekly 1-hour session booked in a regular timeslot tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payments •Book and pay for sessions (4 class pack) via www.perpetualenergy.org . Schedule sessions ideally one week but at least one day before they are due to start. •In case of emergency you can reschedule 24 hours in advance once within your 4-week period, rolling over to a 5th week if necessary. This 5th week also accommodates mid-term holidays. Life happens so for extenuating circumstances contact your instructor on the studio WhatsApp. Holidays and Freezing Sessions •The studio will be closed 2 weeks at Easter, 2 weeks Christmas, 3 weeks Summer, and Mid Term Holidays. •For extended holidays outside of those periods you can freeze sessions for up to 3 weeks. Notify the studio via WhatsApp (07480747508) at least 4 weeks in advance to freeze sessions and avoid billing. Session Rescheduling and Cancellation •Cancel and reschedule sessions 24 hours before your slot via the online portal or app. Your credit will be returned for use within your 5-week grace period. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be seen as a late cancellation and billed for at 100% of the session rate. •If you need to reschedule within the same week of your usual session time, do so via www.perpetualenergy.org. Check for your instructor's availability or book with another if needed. •For Duo sessions if one partner in a duo can’t attend, the other may take the session at a 1:1 rate, adjustments will be billed at the end of the month. Or see policy for 24 hour cancellations. Communication •Instructors can view your sessions through the online calendar. For urgent issues before or on the session day or to freeze sessions due to holidays, contact the studio via WhatsApp (07480747508), available Monday to Saturday, 8:00-16:00. •Please use the studio’s WhatsApp for all communication to avoid scheduling conflicts. General Housekeeping •Park in the designated space in front of the brown garage doors or roadside opposite the village hall (not in the village hall parking). •Arrive on time. If another session is finishing, feel free to enter. •Provide one month’s notice if discontinuing 1:1 classes. •An annual price increase occurs in April, with advance notice provided. •Ensure you are healthy and notify your instructor of any health issues. •Wear grip socks during sessions to help maintain studio cleanliness.
