Budokon yoga is a complete system of yoga with the focus on moving from posture to posture. It has influences from martial arts and includes some animal locomotion work. Move fluidly with control.

To reschedule a session please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. All sessions cancelled or not attended with less than 24 hour notice will be billed for. All 24 hour cancelled sessions can be rescheduled in a slot other than your usual time-slot. Please chat to your instructor to set this up.
